And, you only start burning fat after 30 mins of moderate excercise.

HGH will be released anyway.

eating/ drinking something sugary after excercise is good as your GLUT4 glucose transporters congregate on muscle during excercise. Glucose will be directed toward your muscles rather than stored as energy.</description>
